VIIAD Compass is an easy to use web based PPO Directory tool that is designed to reduce claims cost by increasing PPO and ancillary network penetration. VIIAD Compass can create and customize panel postings, create customized directories for printing or electronic distribution and provide tools for users to nominate providers for recruitment.
VIIAD Compass is completely customized by a client and can be accessed 24 hours a day 7 days a week by multiple users and touch points, including injured workers, medical providers, employers, case managers, adjusters, claims professionals , 24/7 nurse lines and anyone else the client wants to grant access. In addition, VIIAD Compass is designed to integrate any PPO network’s data that a Client is utilizing today as well as any additional cost containment vendors, such as MRI, Physical Therapy, DME or PBM vendors.
